- Frontier's Business Referral Rewards program allows existing Frontier business customers and third parties to refer other businesses and earn rewards for each closed sale. Reward payouts are based on new, non-existing Frontier business customers that sign up for and have services installed via the program.
- Employees of Frontier, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Frontier Business Referral Rewards program.
- The referring Company/Participant must be an existing Frontier business customer or third party and enrolled in the Frontier Business Referral Rewards program at www.businessreferralrewards.com
- The Referrer (existing Frontier business customer or third party) must access the website and select “ENROLL” on the Home page. Enrollment must be completed to match the Referrer's existing Frontier account Information (complete billing name, service address, email, and Frontier billing account number) for a valid verification of eligibility to submit referrals.
- Eligible referrals are customers interested in signing up as a new Frontier business customer. To be an eligible referral, the business may not already be an existing Frontier customer and the referral must be submitted before the potential customer places their order.
- Once enrolled, the Referrer must complete the referral form, indicating the business being referred is interested in Frontier services. .
- Referrals will be contacted within 24 hours by a Frontier sales agent.
- Once Frontier contacts the referred customer, closes the sale, and the service has been activated, the referrer will be able to redeem a $250 virtual MasterCard.
- If the Referrer has submitted 4 – 5 referrals that have met the program requirements, they will be able to redeem a $275 virtual Mastercard for the 4th and 5th referral.
- If the referrer has submitted 6 or more referrals that have met the program requirements, they will be able to redeem a $325 virtual Mastercard for the 6th referral and above.
- The Referrer has 4 months (120 days) to redeem their award. After this time, the award will expire, and the redemption option will no longer be available on the awarded referral. The Referrer will receive a reminder email to redeem their awards prior to expiration.
- Once redeemed, the virtual Mastercard is available for use for 6 months (180 days). Once this time has elapsed, all funds will be forfeited, and the card will expire.
- The virtual Mastercard can take up to 2 business days to process before availability once services at the referred business have been activated.
- Referrers can check their My Account page at any time for the status of their referrals. They will receive a notification via email when their referral reward is ready to be redeemed.
- A valid tax ID or Social Security number is required during enrollment in the program as earnings greater than $599 USD are taxable income and must be reported to the IRS.
