How do I submit a referral?

First, enroll in our referral program to set up your account. Once enrolled, you can submit your referral(s) on our secure online form.

What type of businesses should I refer?

Any type of business may be referred as long as they are not a current Frontier customer.

Who in the company should I refer?

Business owners, IT decision makers, and influencers such as the director of IT.

Who from Frontier will contact my referral, and when?

A Frontier business expert will make an initial attempt to contact your referral shortly.

How can I check the status of my referral and reward?

You will be notified via email once your Referral has been reviewed and processed by our team. You may check the status of all your referrals at any time at businessreferralrewards.com.

What do my referral Statuses mean?

  • In Progress: Your referral has been submitted and is being reviewed by a Frontier business expert
  • Pending Confirmation: Your referral is pending service activation
  • Approved: Your referral has been approved for payout
  • Denied-No Sale: Your referral has been denied and is not eligible for a reward payout
  • Denied-Duplicate: Your referral has previously been submitted in the rewards program

When and how will I receive my payment?

After we close a sale with your referral, you will receive an email inviting you to redeem your reward payment. As part of this process, you will need to provide some necessary information for prompt payment of rewards. Within 24-48 business hours of redeeming your reward and providing the necessary information, you will receive a second email with a link to access your Mastercard reward card.

How long do I have to redeem and use my reward?

You will have 4 months (120 days) from the date the email was sent alerting you that your award is ready to be redeemed. If you don't redeem your reward in time, it will expire.

Once you redeem your reward, your gift card is activated and will be valid for 6 months (180 days) from date of activation. After 180 days, your card will expire, and any unused funds will be forfeited.

Is the reward considered taxable income?

Awards earned over the value of $599 in a calendar year are considered taxable and applicable individuals will receive a 1099 form for tax reporting purposes.

How many referrals can I make and what is the maximum number of rewards I can receive?

The sky's the limit! You may refer as many businesses as you'd like and will receive a reward for each referral that becomes a new customer.

I am not a Frontier customer, can I refer myself for service?

No, as a business without Frontier service, you may not refer your own business.  However, be sure to enroll in our referral program and refer other businesses needing Frontier service. 

If there is a business with multiple locations, will I get paid a referral fee for each location?

No, referrals are only paid for each unique business referred and not per location. If a business has multiple locations, the referral is only paid for one location.
